Today I am going to tell about an Indian Entrepreneur.

Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani was born on April 19, 1957 in Aden, Yemen. His father and mother are Late Dhirubhai Ambani and Kokilaben Ambani, respectively. 

He had studied in Hill Grange High School, Mumbai. After studying his High School, he studied in the Institute of Chemical Technology. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. In 1980, he started studying Business Administration at Stanford University, but he had later quit college.

Ambani decided to help his father in their family company, Reliance. In 1981, he formally joined the Reliance Industries. He had a major role in the expansion of this company. His father had allotted him with a Polyester Factory. He boosted up the manufacture of yarn and spread to the rural areas of India. He had also started production of Petrochemicals. Then, he doubled the business of Petrochemicals. He had an ability to grow the Reliance into world-class manufacturing company and did it.

He next started the Reliance Infocom Limited. It was one of his greatest achievements. It is now known as the most complex communications and information technology company in the world.

After his father's death, he got the ownership of the oil, textile and refining businesses. His brother, Anil Ambani took over the management and entertainment sectors of Reliance.

Today, Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani is one of the world's wealthiest person. Moreover, Reliance is the biggest commercial group in India.

In fact, Mukesh Ambani also uses his wealth for social welfare and charities. A portion of the profit of Reliance goes to various philanthropic activities in the country.

Till now, Mukesh Ambani has won several great awards for his achievements. In 2004, he received the World Communication Award for the 'Most Influential Person'. In 2007, he was awarded with the US-India Business Council "Global Vision" Award for his great leadership, and in the same year he was also given the Chitralekha ' Person of The Year' Award by the government of Gujarat. In 2010, he was named the 'Business Leader of The Year' at the IAA Leadership Awards. In 2010, he was also given the Global Leadership Award and an honorary D.Sc. {Doctor of Science}. In 2013, Ambani was declared as the 'Millennium Business Leader of the Decade' at the Indian Affairs India Leadership Conclave Awards. In 2014, he was ranked 36 in Forbes' list of world's most powerful people. He was also awarded the Asia Society Leadership Award. Mukesh Amabni married Nita Ambani who is also doing great work.

Mukesh Ambani has a great hand in making India a prosperous, able and a great country in the world. Also, reliance has gained a lot of popularity.
